Tragedy...

5 Singaporeans drowned in Cambodia after some dragonboat race. I'm sure alot of people must have been affected by this.

Watched the evening news, interviewing those NOKs, seeing the pain and sorrow in their eyes. Somehow couldn't bear to watch the part where the mother was crying and screaming at the same time. Downright painful, i could feel it.

Young strong healthy teens, about to reach the peak of their youths. Gone just like that, what if they chose to walk back instead of rowing back? Haiz unfortunately there's no what ifs in this world. Life is so fragile.

A sad day for Singapore, a sad day for the families and people involve. May paladine guide you through these dark times.

Return this man to Huma's breast
Beyond the wild, impartial skies;
Grant to him a warrior's rest
And set the last spark of his eyes
Free from the smothering clouds of wars
Upon the torches of the stars.
Let the last surge of his breath
Take refuge in the cradling air
Above the dreams of ravens where
Only the hawk remembers death.
Then let his shade to Huma rise
Beyond the wild, impartial skies.
