Birmingham VS Liverpool
I do not particularly have good memories of this game last season, we lost to them home AND away, buy some stupid fluke goals.
Ok, forget about the first half, it was what everyone is currently saying about the EPL, BORING. 2nd half on, gerrard again controlling the birmingham half, tearing defence apart, but nothing is coming out of those surging runs and attacks. Stop. and wonder now, why ain't cisse playing? I think he should be given a chance, who says he can't score, look at his video on thia blog. Zenden is never good enough for us, but it was a wise choice to sub garcia in only in the 2nd half, and the effects could be seen straightaway. Crouch brought the ball down for gerrard, meanwhile garcia cuts in from the right flank. Gerrard sees him, pushes the ball left to take away the defender, slot the ball through from the right, and garcia with a superb finish into the bottom corner. THIS IS WHAT I CALL A SUPERB TEAM EFFORT. Liverpool needs to do this more often. Clever play from gerrard and clinical finishing from garcia.
After that was 2 errors from liverpool defence which caused to trail by 2 goals to one. Courtesy of pandiani and a mistake by i would say the keeper. FLUKE GOALS AGAIN, CAN THEY BE MORE CREATIVE????? First was the communication mistake between warnock and reina, reina usher warnock out of the post, and warnock proceed to try and head the ball away, which he didn't touch, and as reina assumed he would touch it, did not have enough time to catch the ball when it sailed pass warnock head. BAD BAD BAD DEFENDING. However, this kinda mistake will not happen again once the communication improves. 2nd goal was both defenders and keeper mistake. Reina should have been able to deal with heskey header easily, but he parry it, and that whoever KS king tries to put it into the net, and the liverpool defenders stood rooted to the ground. MOVE YOUR LEG, HE'S TRYING TO SCORE!! Cisse finally came on, then there was the comedic moment. Corner came in, players scrambling, ball was about to get into the net, birmingham defender uses his hand to hit the ball out of the line, then realised what he had done! HAAHHAHAHAHA, he was like, hit the ball liao then put his hands to his head. bye bye red card. so is 2-2.
2 points lost for liverpool, should have won the game, haiz, irritating when we always get this kinda results.
Man utd VS blackburn
Nothing much to say, but o shea is injured and had to be taken off. MUHAHAHAHA, now they understand what liverpool are going through last season. This time when they get 5th position then they will say because of all the injuries, and like liverpool last season, nobody will hear problems. It's the results that count, but see ferguson face abit sad for him. He look so pale, man utd are attacking, they are in control, they have possession, they are creating chances, but they can't seem to score. Blackburn are losers anyway, counter attack and luckily score 2 goals, then go on with play acting with their fucked up "injuries" and crap. It's fine if you play the ball into the corner to waste time, but you're a loser when you fall onto the ground suddenly, waste a few mins, then stand up and continue playing football. chee bye i hate this type of humji.
Anyway, bad luck to man utd.
